A Message About Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The coronavirus outbreak is on everyone’s mind. Everyone, from individuals to businesses to governments, are all attempting to figure out how to best handle this situation. Aumiller Lomax is no different. Our goal is to maintain a balance between our level of service and the health and well-being of our staff and clients.
We remain open and focused on handling our clients’ needs. However, we have decreased the amount of staff in the office on a daily basis and increased our staff working remotely. Our clients should not notice much, if any, difference in our service.
That being said we are asking that our clients consider the following:
- Our office is largely set up to interact with our clients remotely in all geographic locations. We do have a local clientele that have the ability to visit us in person. We are asking that our local clientele refrain from visiting our office. We can interact with you as we do with a vast number of our clients residing in all parts of the nation.
- While we do not expect any disruption in our ability to service our clients, this is a rapidly changing situation. For this reason, we are asking our clients to limit contacting our office to those matters which are essential, urgent and/or time sensitive. This will help us to deal with those matters which are of priority.
Regardless of how this changing situation unfolds, it is our intention to continue to provide high quality representation and make sure that your matter is taken care of. We want your case to be one less thing that you have to think about in this time of uncertainty. These steps are being taken as a precaution. Through rapid action and sober thinking, we are confident that we will get through this together. Be smart, be safe and take care of yourselves.
